The Montana Department of Livestock has taken up the following estrayed animals. For more information or to claim the estray, please contact your district investigator.

On the 5th day of May 2026, the Montana Department of Livestock took possession of the estrayed animal(s) described as follows:
- One (1) Younger, Dark Buckskin, Stud, No Brand
The animal(s) was picked up near Haugan Rd., Missoula, Missoula County, MT.
The animal will be sold at Montana Livestock Co., Ramsay, MT., on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

On the 24th day of April 2026, the Montana Department of Livestock took possession of the estrayed animal(s) described as follows:
- One (1) Grey aged Gelding, No Brand
- One (1) Chestnut aged Mare with star, strip and snip. Four white socks. No Brand. Has a crippling injury to left hind pasturn
The animal(s) were picked up 6 miles NE of Richey, Dawson County, MT.
The animal will be sold at Glendive Livestock Exchange, Glendive, MT., on Friday, May 8, 2026.
