Estrayed Animals
The Montana Department of Livestock has taken up the following estrayed animals. For more information or to claim the estray, please contact your district investigator.

On the 16th day of June 2026, the Montana Department of Livestock took possession of the estrayed animal described as follows:
- One (1) black holstein cross heifer – no brand, short horns with blank red tag in left ear.
The animal was found in the Batavia area near Batavia Ln. in Kalispell, Flathead County, MT.
The animal will sell at Montana Livestock Auction, Ramsey, MT., on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
